Moonlight Mountain Distillery distills premium and distinct spirits from ingredients sourced locally. Idaho has rich natural resources and has the benefit of a large agricultural heritage that goes into every glass of our product
Gin
Our High Desert gin is infused with Idaho Juniper berries and local botanicals giving it a light refreshing taste that will satisfy all palates.
Coffee Liqueur
This liqueur will be paired with a cold brew coffee from our local roaster here in Pocatello. Don't expect a syrupy sweet drink, but a smooth, rich coffee flavored delight.
Snake River Rum
Idaho is not in the Caribbean, but our rum will make you think of warm nights and sea breezes.
CRANBERRY GIN
This will be our high desert gin infused with the perfect amount of Oregon cranberries and barrel rested for a smooth complex gin. The mixed drink options are endless.
Howlin’ Rabbit Bourbon
Our flagship drink (because I enjoy bourbon over the rest) that will be made with a locally grown heirloom corn to be aged the appropriate time for one of the best bourbons outside Kentucky. The aging on this bourbon will take a bit.
